Gta V Character. PSN . Old gen to Nex gen

Hello I was told to contact Sony by Rockstar about a situation that happened. I received my PS4 recently and received Gta V for the PS4 . So I previously had a PS3 . So decided to play Grand Theft Auto on PS4 and wanted to play online and transfer my information from PS3 to my new console . As I chose character transfer a error piped up and says,"Previous Gta character and progression data are already associated with this rockstar account has already been successfully transferred. Only one set of data can be transferred; you cannot transferred additional data to this account ." I've need played gta on PS4 I suppose my psn information was leaked to some .

The problem is I never played the PS4 on gta I just received my PS4 . My gta character has over 23 million dollars and is a verybhigh level. So somebody has to have had my account information . Every thing on PS3 is still there . So I changed my information and contacted rockstar about why I'm not able to . They told me someone been using my information on gtav on PS4 since 2014 but I never gave out my info and never played a PS4 . I believe my account was comprised . I changed my password and everything . Rockstar replied,

We are sorry that you have encountered issues. According to our records your progress was transferred on 2014-11-21 and there has been no suspicious activity found on your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you will need to settle the matter with with Sony. Once you have settled the matter, we will need to see screenshots of your conversation with Sony, showing that they have confirmed that your account had been hacked. Without this information we cannot move forward with your migration.

I would like you guys to confirmed that so I can transfer my character without any more problems . I just continue gta v on PS4 with the same progression as I did with PS3.
