i try to log in from my ps4 to psn account , but when i enter my id and password .. it says log in to psn from this ps4 has been banned or temporarily suspended ..
and this error is displayed WS-37338-4.
Like wth i recently bought my ps4 and and when i try to log in to psn this appears .
pls help me with this issue asap
