So I went on my PS4 today and it wasn't letting me go on my games, on my sub-accounts. When I checked my primary account it was no longer primary on my system, when I went to activate it and it said ps4 already active on another console. So I checked my second console to see if I had it on primary on that ps4 for some reason. That ps4 also wasn't activated so I changed my password and deleted my CC, because I have read about things like this happening with other PSN users. I went on the website to attempt to deactivate the account from there but it said that the feature wasn't available. So I called customer support and they said that they basically couldn't do anything and that I had to wait 6 months. That's is six months with a random person having my account, with access to all my games and my yearly subscription of playstation plus.(p.s. The Division releases tomorrow and that person has access to that) I am disappointed that this is how Sony treats their costumers. Is there any possible way for my to get my account back.
