PS4 connects to internet, but won't download ANYTHING.

Hi all,

On the verge of pulling my hair out with this issue! My ps4 connects to the net fine yet anything I try to download gets a "cannot download" message & doesn't get past 0%.

Any ideas for a fix would be appreaciated!
