Account Wrongly Banned, seeking reversal.

In short, i was wrongly charged $82.97 by the playstation store supposedly purchasing the Dark Souls 3 Special Edition or digital edition back in february, fearing my CC was compromised i had my bank overturn the charge and i was refunded the purchase amount. This was February 22, 2016 (2-22-16), now its March 20, 2016 (3-20-16) and after several days of being offline, i try to log in and find my account has been banned, ban/error code WS-37876 or something similar. Im seeking to have my account unbanned and fixed. The following is a more detailed explaination. (Accout information or anything releated to account details will only be given upon furtherment of a solution)

 

As stated, i was charged the specified amount for the product mentioned at 12:54am on the 22rd. Waking up later that morning i viewed my email(recieved at 3:54 am, this is a minor detail that will be touched upon later) and saw a charge recipet email from the PS Store, checking it out i saw i was charged for the Dark Souls 3 special edition pre-order. I quickly called my bank and had my credit card cancelled and issued a payment dispute before the charge was officially posted. After a week i called my bank again, and was refunded the $82.97 that was spent on the product, my debit card was cancelled and a new one was issued. Personally, i thought it was over then. I assumed that Sony would just remove the product and the themes from my account since i reversed the purchase, and all would be forgotten. For around 2-3 weeks (i dont know the exact date my account was banned) i played with friends and all was well. Tonight, March 20, 2016 i came home from work around 1:15am (i work through the night till around 1am, this is also important) i tried to sign in and i was denied with the WS banned error code. After going onto the forum here and finding grounds for bans, i believe i was banned for:

 

Reversal of Charges
A console or account may be banned due to having a credit card charge reversed or "chargeback" resulting in debt. A chargeback can include credit card theft, identity theft, or non-approved use.

 

Fraud
A console and/or account may be banned if it is associated with fraudulent purchases. (Credit card theft, identity theft or non-approved use by family or friends).

 

These were copy pasted from a post on the PlayStation forum,  Here is were things get interesting. Yes, i did play my ps4 that night, howrever i turned it on and played Rainbow Six Siege, and the time (as mentioned) was around 1am, probably before because its common for me to leave work around 12:50. and it only takes 5 minutes or so to get home, which would be around 12:55 (around the time of purchase). I live only with my father who was asleep, my ps4 was turned off. I immediately turned my ps4 on to play to relieve some stress and have fun, but never purchased the dark souls 3 pre-order. My friends say my account was hacked, but since i arrived at home at the time of purchase and got into my account, most services will alert you that "this account uis currently logged on elsewhere" or "this account was last logged onto on another system" or something similar, however no message like this was every recived by my console account or by my email (which is linked to my account). I do not know if playstation has this feature, but i feel its worth mentioning. Nothing else in my account info or anything was changed, i had no idea if i was hacked or not and i do not believe i was. The purchase did in fact go to my playstation account, if i was hacked or my card info was stolen, someone would send themselves the purchase and not to me on my own account, and it neither makes sense for me to purchase an $82.97 piece of pre-order content then wake up the next day and call my bank and go through that hassle. All of my other games are physical discs and the only digital game i have on my ps4 is Rainbow Six Siege, i do not like buying digital games, and i would not, in any circumstance, pre-order a digital game. Yes, i will be buying dark souls 3, but in physical form on the release date, my ps4 probably will not have the data to store the full game so it would be pointless regardless. I did read some forums where accounts were randomly charged various amounts for no reason, i suspect that was the case in my situation. I will not and am not accusing Sony of fraudulent business practices, but since no other situation makes sense, i believe this was some sort of error on the playstation stores part. Regardless, i reach the end of my plea for help.

 

I do not know why i was charged, but i will happily have the purchased content removed from my account for good and have my account back to functioning order. Upon account reactivation, i will gladly forfiet the purchased product on my account without complaint, or speak with someone on the Sony customer service team or someone here on the forum with authority. Regardless its a poor ethical business practice by Sony to ban the account of someone who was only protecting their own banking and financial situation, i see this as a black mark against sony, and i would very much like to see it erased. I would very much appreciate my account back so i can play with my friends again.
