I have experienced account fraud over the last two days to the tune of about $145. I cannot currently contact PlayStation support via telephone so I hope this works. I had $85 removed from my checking account which was linked to my PlayStation account yesterday. The $85 were put into my PlayStation wallet and today a game for $60 has been purchased on the funds that were available in the wallet, leaving me with a balance of $25 in my PlayStation wallet. I changed the password on my PlayStation account and would like to have my money refunded not to my PlayStation wallet but to my proper bank account where it originally came from.
