I recentley enountered the same error message, states; Cannot Start Application, Error CE 38612-0. This happens whith Digital games ( FIFA16) and also with disc games (BO3) and the only way i can play them is by dissconecting from the internet but when i tried doing it with internet the Error cames out .... solution ? someone?
