Change of country

Hi
I moved from South Africa to New Zealand last year. It appears my account is still picking up that I'm in South Africa and wants to charge me in Rands for any purchases on the playstation network, meaning I'm going to have to pay forex charges. How do I update my account to reflect that I'm no longer in South Africa without losing all my history.
