error codes

i can't not pay more than 1 round on blackops 3... i get kicked from game and it gives me this "cannot connect to server. network features for this application cannot be used until the system connects to the server..(NP-34924-2)  i am currently signed in to  Playstation network, i can do a connection test and it will suceed,back and redo game and get the same message. what is going on is BOPS3 server down i haven't been able to play for 4 days. my ps4 is brand new so it doesn't make sense.
