So for some time whenever I attempt to view my account it displays this error code (WS-36771-4) and when it gives me the option to search PS support, it finds nothing.

Sign-in ID not valid anymore
I can no longer sign in with my e-mail,
it says that the sign in id or the password is wrong but i changed my password and I still cant logg on, it even said that i had to put in a different password than the first one so it was correct but it doesn't recognise my e-mail... what should I do i was LVL 284 on BO3

trouble shooting
1. i received an email saying that my sign in ID changed ( i did not change any)
2. my playstation does not connect to PS network, when i tried to connect it says sign in ID is not valid
3. i made new account with using same email address for old PS sign in ID, then i tried to connect to PS network... still not work and it says that do not use someon else sign in ID
Pls advice what to do... did i loose all of my purchased games???

Español: posible hack a mi cuenta
Buenas,
el dia de hoy queria bajar unos juegos a mi hermano menor, quien es el que usa mi consola mucho mas que yo.
y no me dejo descargar nada, ya que decia que mi cuenta ya estaba activada en mas de 2 consolas.
entre a la cuenta por el PC. y tenia 5 consolas vinculadas a mi cuenta, por lo cual sospecho que alguien tomo mi cuenta. pero no por completo ya que aun puedo cambiar la pass.
el problema es que no puedo desactivar las consolas que aparecen en mi cuenta y por lo mismo pido ayuda para solucionar este problema.

PSN SIGN IN ID changed/hacked
My account was hacked, payments have been made through my paypal and I can't do anything about my actual account because without an email address, I can't sign in anywhere PLUS Chat doesn't work. (And phone support is off on weekends...like seriously...)
This is ridiculous, I just get an email saying my account email was changed, with nothing requiring me to confirm or deny the change; it just happened period. I you frikin kidding me?!! What happened to the two step verification system?! No wonder PSN is a security joke. You can bet your **bleep** I will be holding Sony responsible for punitive damages.

Never got my Play 2016 Discount Code...
And wow, was I ever disappointed with Sony's customer support this time. Oh man.
I contacted live chat, and was told my code was "expired" and nothing more, BUT I never recieved the code! That's NOT fair! I pre order my TWO games, I am completely entitled to my discount code. The Rep was not helpful at all, so I'd figure I'd come here for support if possible.
Where can I dispute something like this? I was never informed about the code, never got it emailed, yet I go to retrieve it from support and it has "expired". Like come on...

Wired connection ps4
I used to have my ps4 connected to the Internet through Wired connection , and now it stops working despite the ethernet ethernet cable or ps4 not broken . I now have to use wireless connection . How we fix that?

Weird , Cannot Download Some Games
Help me please, its been weeks, i get Error for downloading some games (FF XV platinum demo & Star Wars Battlefront)
Error occured on the server (Http status code 502) CE-40867-5.

reset and restart console & router/modem,
test wired and wireless connection.
and as information my test connection all successfull with NAT Type 2.
i can play online too. Everything seems normal. can download other game like gravity rush, ff x soundtrack, guns up, battle island,etc.

My PlayStation won't connect to ps4
I switched from Xbox 360 to PS4 about 12 months ago. As soon as I switched I discovered my PS4 only allowed my to play online about 75% of the time. For example, if I tried to play every night, I wouldn't be able to access online play at lest one out of 4 nights.
I was willing to deal with this after several red ring of death 360's. Unfortunately my connectivity has eroded over the year to a point where I can probably access and play online once 10 nights. No wonder PS4's don't break, you never get to play them!!
Essentially this is super frustrating, there's a never ending screen of error codes. I'm thinking I'm just gonna sell this thing. Anybody have any advice for me here?

Sign- In Not Valid
something is going on with my account. i cant fix
i went directly to my email on yahoo.com waited for a email to be sent about changing my password.
i changed my password on 01 OCT and i wrote it down. 7 days later im not able to sgin into my PSN 08 Oct.
when i press the Triangle button so i can get the link resent and it says " The Information You Have Entered Is Not Valid"
So i tried making a new account using the same email address ive been using .
and it lets me continue to use the same email and same password but does not let me use the same PSN name. so i never made the account.
for the fear of losing everything.
ive tried logging on to THIS SITE . i used my email im trying to recover with the password i wrote down and it says one of them are inccorect.
and i hit recover password and it also says " The Information You Have Entered Is Not Valid"
I also tried Setting > Network > Test Internet Connection : Result " PSN Sign-In Failed: (Details) > ( CE-33992-6)
