How do you download themes you already own on the PS4?
For example the Christmas theme sent by email. Where in the library do you go to download it? It's not part of any game or anything.
I had to use the web store to push the download to my PS4 because I couldn't find it. Even on the PS3 you can find it!!!

One afternoon I turned my PS4 on to find loads of new things popping up like there had been a huge update. When I finally got to which user I am, my normal account was no longer there, it had changed back to my old account that didn't have online a couple of years ago, and when I tried to acces Fifa, an error 'np-32038-6' appeared and said I will be logged out of PS4. Please someone help me.

Hello, my name is Ger and I have a problem with my PSN account. When I add my credit card and I want to buy a game, I miss an error and will not let me buy it. I already corroborated my card details and they are fine. I entered the billing information of the credit card and I listed 11 "purchases" for 1 dollar each. I would like them to solve the problem because not only can I not buy but they want to charge me 11 dollars for having added the credit card. I am looking forward to your response.

transferring my ps4 save data from one account to another on the same console!
So here's the deal. Merry F'n Xmas first of all.... But to the point... I forgot my password to my acount. Easy fix. Problem is I didn't have access to that email address anymore. So I created a new user used my new email and info. Go to play FFXV and none of my save data is there. I saved that FFXV saved data online using the PSplus feature and downloaded it but still no saved data showing once the game runs.. PLEASE HELP!! thanks

PSN account stolen, customer support refused to contact me
Two days ago I received an email saying my main PSN account had its sign-in email changed. There was a link included in the email to fix this, but clicking it just gave me a 404 error. The "live chat" option in customer support refuses to let me through, saying it "can't verify my online ID" or something, and there's no other contact information provided aside from Twitter. What do I have to do to get my account back?

Retrieving My PSN Account's Email W/O Serial # or Debit info
So over the course of the last four and a half hours I have been on the phone with multiple representatives, and they have been of no help. I had a PSN account about 5 years ago, and it had one of my old emails. I don't remember it seeing as how so much time has gone by, and nobody I have talked to would help. The people on the phone keep asking, "Do you know the Serial Number of the console", or they ask, "What is the first 4 and Last 4 of the Debit Card on file?" Well that would be really freaking convenient if so much time hadn't passed. I upgraded my console and my debit has changed 3 times since then. Is there any sort of leniency regarding this specific situation, or is everyone just as useless as they sound? I just want to get the email so I can back up my game save for GTA Online.

"Welcome to PlayStation" email spam
I recently bought a PS4 and signed up with my old PSNID when I had a PS3, and received a welcome email (the one with the 2-step verification, get help links etc). This was on the 22nd of December. Since then, I have received at least four more of the same welcome email, possibly more as I believe I deleted some. Not sure why they've been sent so many times, but I activated the 2-step verification since the second or third email received, thinking that it was pushing me to do so and would stop after that, but that's not the case.
Has anyone else had this happen and know what the deal is to get them to stop? It's only a minor annoyance, but I don't want to keep receiving them. I also checked the email address to make sure it isn't a scam, and its all legit.

I cannot link my PSN account to PS4 PRO
I was using normal PS4 two month ago.
I was planning to sell my normal PS4 and buy a new PS4 PRO.
But I forgot to unlink my PSN account and I just sell the PS4 to the game shop.
So when I got the new PS4 PRO, I cannot link my PSN account to my console.

Been subscribed to newsletters for years, never received them?
I have been subscribed to receive newsletters (both boxes checked to receive notifications in my account page), but I have yet to receive them. I saw how peopel were getting promo codes such as 20% off or $10, or even $100 "Golden Ticket" , and was thinking that I am missing out.
