Every time i play a Mypark game, it bufferd. Then i cant participate in parties, nor invites to courts, nor access online games. On NBA 2K16 and im sick of it, can this be fixed?? Also it will say on my screen, with a Network Error, but the PlayStation Network is up and Running and my Wifi is 100% connected . I NEED HELP.

Error WS-36778-1 is back...

I have looked on the forums about this error, and it seems it has happened before, back in August. Well, I am now having it for the first time when I deleted about 15 friends. I have searched frantically for a solution, but have sadly found nothing yet. Please help with this. Whenever I delete/keep trying to delete a friend, it keeps saying "Cannot remove from Friends. (WS-36778).

Regarding COD modern warfare remastered code not working
Hello,
I own a copy of COD infinite warefare legacy edition, but when I try to redeem the modern warefare remastered, it says code has already been used ( which I did'nt, I tried to redeem it multiple times and it didnt work), whereas the DLC code which was also in the box worked.
I got this as a bundle with my ps4, not pre-owned.
I have attached some pictures of the CD box I got, Will be more than happy to provide more proof.
Would be great if you guys could help me out here.

Issue adding Paypal to wallet, both from console and web browser
Hello,
Over the last day or so, I've atttempted to add my paypal account to my playstation wallet about a dozen times. I have also attempted to just fund my wallet, but I'm getting the same message: "An Error has occured." I've checked and re-checked, and reset my information for my paypal, and I've made a number of small purchases on amazon/ebay just to make sure that the issue isn't with paypal. My other purchases (ouside of playstation) have had no issues. Am I missing something on my end, or should I just wait for a fix?

How to make an existing Master Account the Sub Account of another existing Master Account
Many years ago, I created a master account (we'll call it Master Account 1). My son and I both used the account. When I got a PS4 a little over a year ago, I created a second master account (Master Account 2) for my sole use (to manage Vue subscription, etc.). My son kept playing on Master Account 1 since that is where all of his game files were attached.
Now, I want to make Master Account 1 a sub account of Master Account 2. I do not want to start a whole new sub account since my son would lose all of his game saves from Master Account 1 (unless, of course, there is a way to transfer game saves from one account to another, which I'm not sure is possible).
Does anyone have any thoughts? Many thanks!

When I try to play online, it will either connect me for less than a match, or not at all.
I have tried 3 different games on my ps4 (rainbow six siege, modern warfare remastered, and infinite warfare) and it either won't connect me at all, or it will for about 5 minutes and then it disconnects. Also, when I try to download an update, it will sometimes show the 99+ hours left and then give me a DNS error. What should I do? I've already restarted it and it didn't help.

Deleted friends reappearing
Hello, I have a PS3 and I deleted all of the friends on it besides 1, then I got a new friend later that day. Today I went on to play with that friend, all of the deleted friends are back and say an error has occurred when I try to delete them again. The friend I had is gone and whenever I try to send another friend request nothing happens... I don't know what to do restarting does not work

PSN Moderators abusive Suspension
So my account just got suspended for a whopping 30 DAYS!
I have called Sony UK to understand the reason for that they didn't share any information.
But here's what i know . I had a message activity (which) i screen shoted it with a guy who abused me abused my family .. etc i have reported the guy 6 times for those messages without crossing the line or replying with any insult . And now i am the one to be suspended!!! They refuse to talk to you they tell you there's no way the decision can be altered.
I do believe that some suspensions/bans seem to be borderline questionable, and Sony (be it a moderation team, or support) do tend to quickly hide behind the T&Cs rather than justify any actions.
As i said above i have the screen shots of the conversation i dare anyone to justify any breach of code of conduct from my side.

My system keep showing... Cannot connect to the server. Network features for this application cannot be used until the system connection server. I've tested my connection and everything passed. I also changed the MTU to 1473 and it still didn't work.
