What is the deal with pan internet speeds? I have 200mbps but when on bo3 and several other games it saying I have only 4119 kbps. Any reason to explained this?

Can't change my email address because "The Sign-In is too similar to the online ID"
I'm finally completely killing my Yahoo mail account and want to change my email address but I get the error "The sign-in is too similar to the online ID"
How can I change my contact email since I am abandoning the Yahoo address? This is absurd because I'm obviously not going to change the ID I've had for over 10 years...Any help would be great, thanks.

Help With Gaming Services Connection
So for the last 2-3 days I have tried to play on my PS4, whenever I try to play ANY game, it keeps showing the same thing. " You cannot connect to the gaje servers so the online features will no be appilied" or something aling those lines, but the weirdest thing is that everything else would work, it still says I have PS Plus and I could be in a party with friends aswell, it showed all the features. I tried connecting and testing me internet multipul times , still nothing.

I am fairly computer savvy although when it comes to this game system and subscription crap I am definiaty a grandma and dn't know hoot. I just put info in for a 12 month subscription for my grandson for his PS4, after I accepted to make the payment the screen went white so I don't know if the payment went through or not. I have not gotten a confirmation email yet . I don't want to go back in and resubmit my bank info and get double charged. is there any way to reach a human for these types of things to see if he is good to go or how does this work?

Website Bug Report
Hello PlayStation Team!
I would like to report a error on the Sony PSN Account management website. A link to PlayStation Support does not work. It is a small issue not a big deal but figured I report it. I attempted to replicate the issue on multiple browsers as well and got the same result.
When you login to PSN Account management and select on Devices and click PS4/PS3 depending what game consoles you have activated, it gives you instructions and on the bottom says PlayStation support link. This link does not work and generates a DNS error. I hope this help and if I am the only one I apologize and will delete the thread.

Make it so I can buy the Sly Cooper Collection
I don't ask for much. I love the PlayStation more than any other console. I just don't know how you guys can sell the GTA trilogy, ratchet and clank, etc., without making it so I can buy the Sly cooper collection. I don't want to pay $20 for a month of PlayStation now each time I want to relive my childhood.
